Our earth is facing a climate crisis and the time to act is now. We are passionate about formulating ideas and enacting change which led to the creation of Capsule Hack, a 2-day virtual conference and hackathon addressing the global climate crisis through inspiration and action. Over the two days, attendees will virtually attend a unique mix of keynote speakers, interactive panel discussions, and problem solving breakouts, which offers attendees the flexibility to explore and create.

We are building a team of partners and staging a civic virtual conference & hackathon solely focused on the climate crisis. Attendees will leave Capsule Hack with the knowledge and insights to drive real tangible change towards creating a more sustainable and healthy planet on local, national, and global levels. All of the solutions developed from the hackathon support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

This is not a drill, our planet is heating up and the consequences are going to be devastating.

Hackathons provide a rare space for magic and productivity because they bring together a variety of ideas, skillsets, and perspectives to produce innovative solutions that can be implemented for change. While traditional hackathons focus on technology ideation, Capsule Hack goes beyond, by building solutions at the intersection of the environment and the arts, our food, our health, and our future lifestyles.

Capsule Hack is the pillar event along an 18-month innovation pipeline (Jan 2020 - Jun 2021) which pushes the system for radical innovation. Check out how to Submit a Project Idea and our Innovation Pipeline Roadmap.
